We know how important routine is for your children, along with Jewish education for the whole family. ‘Auntie A’ & Morah Shelley created Shalom at Home to help create consistency between our music classes, and home learning. So, register for our week-long online recorded sessions to watch at your leisure, and receive resources that will last a lifetime!
What Do I Get?
You will receive DAILY emails for ONE WEEK (Sunday-Saturday) of recorded proprietary Rhythm ‘N’ Ruach material. Please make sure to look in your JUNK mail to ensure you did not miss a class! PLEASE "FOLLOW" and "LIKE" Rhythm 'N' Ruach and Rhythm 'N' Ruach with Auntie A for live notifications. Morah Shelley and ‘Auntie A’ will be ‘live’ on our Private Shalom at Home Facebook Group a couple times a week. Don’t have facebook? Not to worry! All livestreams will be recorded and sent out. Rhythm 'N' Ruach is a way to connect children and their families to Judaism through upbeat, high energy music and movement; through participation in music with real instruments, such as, strings, percussion, shakers, tambourines and singing. We offer music classes for children and their families, intertwining Jewish music and rhythm instruments.
Trained Rhythm ‘n’ Ruach facilitators introduce songs that you will remember from your youth as well as brand new music, giving the whole family a Joyful Jewish experience. Some facilitators work with schools and other educational venues to teach music with a focus on middot (character traits). It's a great hands-on tool to connect your child with Judaism...
But... With the trying and tiring times ahead, we understand that you need an outlet for your children at home. The COVID-19 National Emergency has left most children at home.
Morah Shelley, 'Auntie A', and the facilitators nationwide, are here to help guide you through with interactive music and movement.
